AMAZING 2 BEDROOM RIGHT NEXT TO THE POOL We always love this resort, so family friendly and accessible to everything you need! ROOM - we got an amazing 2BR at C5-0 which is the same street where the umbrella street is and right next to the pool, layout is amazing and no stairs which us best for family with kids POOL - we had the best time always in the pool, this is by far our favorite pool ever, so safe and enjoyable for the kids, it is heated so it so enjoyable AMENITIES - kids play area is really a plus for this resort, very child friendly ACCESS TO CARREFOUR - with Al Seef Mall adjacent to the resort, it is very convenient to have access to everything you need FRIENDLY STAFF - Rasika our receptionist was very polite and accommodating OVERALL - highly recommended resort

Spacious room, kitchen where we could prep a meal and have a supermarket accesible. Special mention to Ms. Aiza from reception for a swift check-in and allowing us to check-in early. Special mention to Mr. Bijay- very professional, even with the summer heat kept that warm smile and eagerness to provide excellent service, and special mention also to Ms. Fatima from the reception for allowing us a late-checkout. special mention as well to Ms. Gail from reservations extremely helpful and will go above and beyond for a great customer experience. Overall I would say the excellent service and hospitality from the hotel staff is the highlight of our stay.

From the moment we arrived to reaching our rooms, everyone that we talked to were very accommodating and attentive. the rooms were very clean and spacious since it was setup as a villa. the kitchen was spotless and the amenities inside the hotel were amazing. lots of restaurants to dine in to. there were a some renovations going on, but its neatly covered. there is really a lot of things that you can do inside the hotel and in addition, they are also attached to a strip mall with a grocery in it. they even listened to my additional requests and even sent out a small cake for the birthday of our friend's daughter, a nice touch indeed!

This is a very well run hotel and the room was quite big (had a mini kitchen with some standard tea/coffee stuff). Everything was neat and clean. The best part was the full gym which is open 24/7 (It has loads of weights and dumbbells up to 40KG). My entire stay was quite peaceful and enjoyable There is a small mall next to which has a big grocery store and popular fast food chains. There is nothing nearby so you will need to get a car or spend a lot more time to travel to the main city or other tourist attractions. The staff was very accommodating and even helped me with an urgent request at 6am.

Loved this place. We stayed for a night to watch the Coldplay concert. The staff were very courteous and accommodating and they even gave us an upgrade on the rooms. They helped us with grabbing taxis from the hotel and gave us a full guide through the property. It's nice that it was connected to the mall too so we had dining options even past midnight (we returned to the hotel around 2am). Unfortunately we didn't have the time to fully explore their offerings and dining options inside but I'd love to visit again the next time I'm in Abu Dhabi so I can enjoy the place at my own pace. Cheers!
